I grew up hiking and rediscover my love of hiking every springtime. I currently live in Provo, UT where mountains lie in every direction. While there are several very well known hikes in the county (Mt. Timpanogos, Mt. Nebo, The Y, etc.) there seem to be endless draws and peaks that are nameless and that, no matter how hard I search, I can't find out any info on them. So, I have decided to go out myself and document the mountains around me and figure out where all these trails lead. I will regularly update this blog with photos and information about the various trips I take and the things I learn along the way.
Be aware, I am an amateur and am sure to have a lot of learning curves ahead of me, so be patient with me. Feel free to post any comments or information on my posts since the idea is that the next time someone wants to know about these mountains there will be a source for them to look to.
